Training : Day 2

Today I was asked to read the Customer Service Advisers Welcome Kit. It is like a booklet of ways to treating customers the right way. The kit also includes the etiquettes, personal skills, professional ways of handling customers and team work implementation. This is very important as the company provides services so they have to maintain the relationship with customers and handling them well to preserve the good reputation for the organization.
