Training : Day 3

My supervisor, Mr. Steven showed us and explained about the role of each departments and their key companies which also their biggest project clients such as Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB), Japan Tobacco International (JTI), Public Bank Berhad, Philip Morris International and etc.

We were being introduced to the department staffs. Our supervisor took us for a tour in the building in other floor where other related departments are located. We went and observed all of the departments to get the picture on what they are doing.

Basically, CSC is an IT services company that provides advises for companies related to security measurements, setting up a network and anything that involves computers and systems.

I am assigned to work under System Integration Department. I have been told that the systems that they are working with are mostly Microsoft related. The flow of the services of the system is that they are handling calls from the customers regarding their inquiries on the services that they received and then the calls will be transferred to respective department based on the customer's need.
